Our maiden project ie. to make a guardhouse and fenced up our housing area have been made successful with the dedication and hardwork of all the committee members.
It is my fervent hope that all of you residents help us to help yourself by contributing generously to our project.
The success of this project is not for me and the committee members only but to everyone. With your concerted effort we will be able to make our homes a safer place to stay let alone increasing the value of our houses.
We have started the fencing & guardhouse collection immediately after the EGM on 21st September 2008. The Committee Members gathered together at about 6.00pm and started house to house collection starting from Jalan Puteri 7/3 until 7/6. During the first day, we had successfully collected contribution from nearly 60 members. Until today (As at 28/11/08) we had collected from 120 members. Million thanks to all the members who had made the first step towards community safety and peace of mind. For those who have yet to contribute, kindly put aside selfish thoughts and think of the community as a family. Your contribution is for your own safety.

An EGM was held immediately after the guard house (cabin) was burnt down on 9th September 2008. The meeting was to discuss the urgency needed to speed up the construction of fencing and guard house pending the MPSJ approval. We also invited Sergeant Matsood to explain to the residents the burnt guard house incident and the action taken by the police. Our Zone 16 Councillor, Mr Tan Jo Hann was also invited to share his views regarding tips on how to have a better community and concerns over our crime rate at our premises. As a precedent, Committee Members have initiated to contribute towards the guard house and fencing project. Our local MC, Mr Au also announced those members who have made contribution exceeding our minimum requirement of RM550, viz. between RM1,000 to RM2,050. Kudos to those members.
