New Gazebo at Playground

Further to our RA request to MPSJ Landscape Department to built a Gazebo on our playground last year, we are pleased to inform that they (MPSJ Landscape Department) have since started work on 19th March 2010. Come rain or shine, this new gazebo will provide a permanent covered rest area for residents of Acacia Puteri 7 to mingle with each other, have a picnic and etc. With this new addition to our residents' playground, it is with hope that all residents can enjoy and make full use of the facilities provided and at the same time take good care of it too!

The RA and residents of Acacia Puteri 7 hereby would like to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Pn. Azlina, Head of MPSJ Landscape Department for her effort and contribution to this endeavour and making our residents' playground more lively and user friendly.

This looks impressive!
thank you.

On a separate note, i have an important matter that i would like to bring to the attention of the RA as well as to all dog owners of Puteri 7. When my husband and I moved in last December, we clearly understood on 'strict' regulations of walking the dog and not leaving the dog poo all around esp in front of peoples house. However, we also noticed that many dog owners leave their dogs out of the house compound without being leashed for certain hours of the day and it is usually at night! i guess they (the dog owners) think that it is not easy detect the straying dog in the dark or its owner and the house the dog belongs to)if at all the dog/s cause/s inconvenience to other residents! And this pet of theirs goes around dropping their feces wherever they feel like doing it! i had fair share of my experience but never really thought of making it an issue. But my husband and i had just enough of this stray dogs when we found a MALE dog (not a stray dog) but one with the collar and licence in our porch two nights back mating with our female Rottie! We being responsible owners leashed our Rottie (she's on heat) before leaving for dinner to avoid male dogs from coming over. Imagine our horror when we found this dog in our porch when the main gate was all locked! Till today we dont know how the dog got there! I dont blame the dog (although i was so tempted to hurt that dog)as that's their natural behaviour but my husband and I are rather pissed with the dog owner (yes we know who it belongs to and we are yet to confront as we have been busy for the past few days). That night at around 10 plus, we bathed our Rottie packed all her things and sent her away to the in-laws place (thankfully it is also in Puchong)! how inconvenience! despite feeling tired and all we still had to clean up the mess made by the male dog!
i believe that this owner and many other irresponsible dog owners in PUTERI 7 with the same attitude have pretty good or ridiculous reasons on letting their dogs to stray. After this, my husband and I are equally tempted to let our ROTTWEILER out(35kg ferocious dog)without being leashed and then we will see how many residents will actually like dogs on stray! i can assure all that my husband and I will have throngs of residents banging on our gate or the door bell for an explanation. But we will not do that(although we are very tempted to)as we are responsible and sensible human beings and we would both like to remain like that regardless how other behave! My concern is rather clear! Leash the dogs if not walk them (if you are too lazy to walk them, you are not fit own a dog!) and ensure that they stay in the compound of the respective houses at all time and not in my house or any other house for that matter. We are all created with six sense and are above all creations because we can think and reason. That's the reason we own the dogs and not the other way round. So, please use all six sense and not cause inconvenience to your fellow human beings@residents of puteri 7!
