Tree Cutting & Trim by MPSJ


Further to the RA request to MPSJ Landscape Department to trim those overgrown trees with some menacing overhanging branches in the taman, their contractor had started work since the morning of 23rd December 2014. It is with hope that residents can now park their cars, doing their morning walk or exercise and etc without fear of fallen tree branches. The RA and residents of Acacia Puteri 7 would like to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation to Pn. Azlina for her effort and follow-up.

Tree trimmed along the Corner House (5 June 2013)




Further to the RA request to MPSJ Landscape Department to trim those overgrown trees with some menacing overhanging branches along the road beside corner houses, their contractor had started work in the the morning of 5th June 2013. It is with hope that residents can now park their cars, doing their morning walk or exercise and etc without fear of fallen tree branches. The fallen tree at back lane of Jln Puteri 7/6 have been trimmed and removed by contractor of MPSJ landscape department on 31 Jan 2013.

Road Hump constructed along Jalan Puteri 7/2

Due to the heavy traffic flow along Jalan Puteri 7/2, it can be hard for vehicles from Acacia Puteri 7 to turn out and accidents could happened if some drivers are not careful enough. As a safety measure, RA have requested MPSJ Engineering Department to construct 2 road humps along the road with yellow lines paint and alert signs. Our request were put forward to councilor Mr Tan Jo Hann, and it was approved under the JKP fund. The construction started work on 10th October 2011 and have been completed work on 17 October 2011. We wish to remind motorists to drive carefully and slow down while approaching the road hump and junction.

Kudos to MPSJ, councilor Mr Tan Jo Hann and JKP Zone 16 for all their effort and kind contribution to Acacia Puteri 7.


POTHOLES REPAIRED


The potholes at Jalan Puteri 7/2 & 7/3 have been repaired and patched up by MPSJ contractor on 11 October 2011. A big thank you to JKP Zone 16 member & En Azli from MPSJ for being diligent in solving this matter.

New badminton court @ Playground

Good news! Further to RA request to MPSJ Landscape Department to construct a concrete floor cum badminton court on our playground last year, we are pleased to inform that our request have been granted and they (MPSJ Landscape Department) have started work since 7th October 2011. With this new addition to our residents' playground, it is hope that all residents can make full use of the facilities for activities such as badminton, qi gong, skating and etc and at the same time take good care of it too!

The RA and residents of Acacia Puteri 7 hereby would like to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Pn. Azlina, Head of MPSJ Landscape Department for her effort and contribution to this endeavour and making our residents' playground more lively and user friendly.

FENCING @ 7/6 HAVE BEEN REPAIRED

New Rubber Floor Mat on Children Playground





Further to our RA request to MPSJ Landscape Department, we are pleased to inform that MPSJ Landscape Department have replaced the whole rubber floor mat on the children playground recently. (April)

New Gazebo at Playground

Further to our RA request to MPSJ Landscape Department to built a Gazebo on our playground last year, we are pleased to inform that they (MPSJ Landscape Department) have since started work on 19th March 2010. Come rain or shine, this new gazebo will provide a permanent covered rest area for residents of Acacia Puteri 7 to mingle with each other, have a picnic and etc. With this new addition to our residents' playground, it is with hope that all residents can enjoy and make full use of the facilities provided and at the same time take good care of it too!
