FREE Rubbish Collection by MPSJ from 27/1 (WED) to 5/2 (FRI)

Special unwanted stuff collection for CNY from house to house by MPSJ.

Dear Members,

Good news! Only once a year!

MPSJ will arrange their contractor to go around our garden and collect unwanted stuff for Chinese New Year. If you have old mattress, furniture, cupboard, tiles, bicycle and etc want to throw away, kindly place it in front of your house starting from 27/1 (Wed) to 5/2 (Friday). The actual date and time will depends on the schedule of contractor due to there are many garden in Bandar Puteri. If there is many unwanted stuff in the same day, RA will inform them to go around early. Please bear in mind tree branches or plants cut by resident will not be collected. 

This is a FREE service by MPSJ, after the duration, normal fees will apply.

Faulty Streetlight have been repaired and lit on

Faulty streetlight located at Jalan Puteri 7/3A have been repaired and lit on.

Shoes stolen case

Dear members,

On 8th January 3:05am, there was shoes stolen case happened at Jalan 7/6 again. This incident has been captured by houseowner's cctv. We would like to urge for your coperation, if you have seen someone alike to the thief, please inform security guard or RA committees. We must catch him. We believe he has done a few cases and very familiar with our garden. We suspect he may stay in our garden too. Please to remind not to put any valuable sport shoes or office shoes in the car porch area to avoid another incident again.

本月8日凌晨3点零5分左右再次发生鞋子被偷事件，这次发生在7／6路，小偷干案的过程剛好也被此居民的闭路电眼拍到。请麻烦大家留意，如有見过此酷似外劳的偷鞋贼，请立即通知保安人员或居協委员，我们一定要将他绳之以法。我们相信他已干下无数偷鞋案，也非常熟悉我们花园的环境，居協怀疑他有可能就住在我们花园也说不定。

再次提醒您勿把名贵的运动鞋和皮革鞋置放在屋外泊车处以免被偷，谢谢合作！

Security Fee Collection (Jan-April 2016)

RA will be making arrangements to collect Security Fees for month Jan-April 2016 (Quartely : RM320) / Jan-Dec 2016 (Yearly : RM900*) starting from 1January 2016. The Cheque should be addressed to ACACIA PUTERI 7. Please remember to write your name, house no (XX, 7/X), contact number and RA account number 31529 22436 on the reverse side of the cheque.

Once again, we appeal to your kind cooperation to make the payments as early as possible. However, if fellow members still fail to do so due to extenuating circumstances, then we have no other option but to knock at your doors for the payment.

*Closing Date for yearly payment (RM900): 29 February 2016

"DON'T LET YOUR NEIGHBOURS PAY FOR YOUR SECURITY"

New Security Fee for 2016

Dear Members,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Since September 2015, Security company has imposed new charges, from the RM7000+ increase to RM10,000+ per month, this is an additional RM3000+ incurred. The increase was due to the new regulation and we have to align with it, security post must be handed by permitted Nepalese, the relative price is also very different. Due to limited fund, we can only temporarily hired two Nepalese security guards, in addition to two security guards as per existing guards, otherwise we have to pay for higher cost.

After committee meeting, we decided to follow other Bandar Puteri gardens, the security fee will be adjusted from RM60 to RM80 per month effective from January 2016. This to cope with the current security overhead.

The current charges on RM60 is not enough to continue and maintain the security company's services.

As we all know, our garden is only consists of 182 units households, however there are some households unwilling to pay for it and continue enjoying the benefits. We would hope that they are willing to take a step forward, and apply to be part of the members and pay for it, be a responsible and good neighborhood.

If the new charges are not supported, soon security services will be terminated, then the residents will live the old days before we setup the security services, residents will be worried day and night. Of course we do not want to see this happen, therefore the choice is in your hand. 

NOTE: For members who have paid via cheque or bank  transfer, please pay for the discrepancy. Those paid for 4 months, please top up RM80 and who paid for 1 year, it is additional RM200 needed. Sorry for any inconveniences occured.

自去年（2015）9月开始，保安公司已向居協征收新的收费，从原本的每月七千多余元马币调整至十千余元马币，足足多出了3千余元。调整原因是为了配合政府的新规定，保安亭必须交由持有保安准证的尼泊尔人担任保安工作，相对的价格也大不相同。由于经费有限，我们只能暂时雇用2位尼泊尔保安人员，另外2位依然是外藉保安人员，否则我们需负担的费用会更高。

经过居恊委员开会讨论后，决定仿效其他公主城花园，从原来的每月60令吉调整至80令吉，从2016年1月开始生效，以应付目前的保安开销。以目前的60令吉收费来计算，已经无法继续维持和支付保安公司的服务。

众所周知，我们花园只有区区182间单位，无奈现在还有部分自私的住户不願意承担保安费，厚着脸皮继续享用着这项福利。居協希望他们有心不怕迟，申请加入会员，做一个人人喜爱的好邻居。

如果这项新收费不受到支持，很快的保安服务即将被终止，届时居民们将过着和围篱前一样日担夜忧的生㓉，当然居協也不愿看到这一天来临，所以选择在你手上。

注意： 那些已经开了支票或银行转账至居协户口的会员，请另外補上差额，例如缴付4个月者補上80令吉，或缴付一年者補上200令吉，不便之处，敬请原谅。

MPSJ collected unwanted stuff for CNY

MPSJ contractor had came to our garden to go around and collected the unwanted stuff for Chinese New Year, such as old mattress, furnitures, tiles and etc on 11st February 2015 (Wed). The RA and residents of Acacia Puteri 7 would like to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation to Cik Rohdiah for her effort and arrangement.

CNY rubbish collection by MPSJ

Good news!

For Chinese New Year rubbish collection -

MPSJ contractor will go around our garden to collect rubbish starting from 5th to 18th February 2015. Resident only need to place the items like old mattress, old cupboard and etc in front of their house.

This is a FREE service. Resident can call 03-8064410 or 03-80267431 for any enquiry. 

After the duration, normal fees apply.

Car scratch incident

It has been reported a few times for car parked at the road between 25 and 27, Jalan 7/6, the car got scratch intentionally. RA would like to ask for the resident to be more consider. Do not do this again. The road does not belongs to anyone. It is park base on the first come first serve basis. If we manage to identify the person who sabotage the car, and report to the police, then it will impact our neighborhood. We hope everyone will be more understanding and we can have a peaceful place to live in.

Blacklist vehicle / company

Last few weeks, there was an air-conditional service van came to our garden for service. The driver passed through security guardhouse after the security check. However, he accidentally knocked to the boom gate and cause a bad damage to our boom gate. The driver denied his fault and refused to make any compensate on the damage he made. He claimed that this was due to the carelessness of the security guard. RA has been informed on this. We called the company and complained to driver’s boss. However, they denied everything. Therefore, RA decided to blacklist the company and car from access into our garden. In future, any resident ask for the service from this company, his van has to park outside our garden, no entry allow.

Tree Cutting & Trim by MPSJ

Further to the RA request to MPSJ Landscape Department to trim those overgrown trees with some menacing overhanging branches in the taman, their contractor had started work since the morning of 23rd December 2014. It is with hope that residents can now park their cars, doing their morning walk or exercise and etc without fear of fallen tree branches. The RA and residents of Acacia Puteri 7 would like to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation to Pn. Azlina for her effort and follow-up.

Security Guards were robbed and attacked

On a Saturday afternoon (11th January 2014) around 2:40pm, our Guardhouse security guards were attacked and robbed by 2 Indians arriving in a car. The incident happened in less than 25 seconds. The suspects brandishing bicycle chains attacked them without warning and took their handphone. One of the guard was hit at the back of his head which requires 3 stitching. The other one was slightly injured. Police report have since been made by the Security Company manager.

4th AGM (1 Dec 2013)

Acacia Puteri 7 RA’s 4th AGM were held on the morning of 1st December 2013 (Sunday) at the Acacia Puteri 7 playground. The number of fellow residents turning up for the event is quite encouraging.

Before the events started, residents enjoy the refreshment provided by the catering services.

For the day’s event, we were honoured to have Mr. Chang Kim Loong (New Zone 16 MPSJ Councillor) as our honourable invited guest.

RA introduces and welcome our invited Honorable dignitaries and guest, followed by speeches from Zone 16 MPSJ Councillor Chang Kim Loong.

Later, RA to receive and adopt the Activities Report, Audited Statement of Account, Achievements & Implementation, Matter Resolved, Amendments of Constitution, Any Other Matters and Future Plan.

New Committee Members for the year 2013/2014 were also elected during the AGM including 2 Honorary Auditors.

The Lucky Draw finally started with prizes such as 10 hampers sponsored by Mr. Chang Kim Loong (JKP Zone 16), 2 nos of Putrajaya Marriott Hotel & Palm Hotel Dining Voucher (Sponsored by IOI Properties), and in addition, IOI Properties also sponsored 6 carton of mineral waters.

The event adjourned around 11am and taken a group photos of New Committee Members. Final cleaning up of the playground were carried out by RA and some ever-helpful residents.

A forum with YB Ng Sze Han for the Gated & Guarded (G & G) at MBA 3-11-2013

A forum with YB Ng Sze Han for the Gated & Guarded (G & G) at MBA (Michael Badminton) Bandar Puteri have been held on 3 November (SUN), 2013, from 10 am – 12pm.

The purposes of the meeting is  to obtain RA opinions, suggestions and a cohesive mandate for YB Ng Sze Han to present it during his Dewan Sitting on Mid-November. He will help us to protect our Taman on the G & G (to get it legalized).
