Car Scratch Issue at Jalan Puteri 7/6
Recently RA received complaints from residents whose cars which were parked at "lorong" (alley) Jalan Puteri 7/6 have been scratched by someone we believe is an insider job, I.e. residents of Puteri 7 and this is not the first time it happens.
These action shows the scratcher are not happy with others who parked their car at so call "their private car park". For your information, the road outside the house or compound is not belong to anyone but to MPSJ, our local authority. If you are not happy with it please put a REMINDER NOTE to those car(s) concern and please do not scratch people's car just to vent your unhappiness.
RA strongly condemned these kind of unruly and selfish behavior. After Acacia Puteri 7 RA implemented a gated & guarded residences since 2008, the "cons" is most of the owner have started parking their car outside the house because of the additional security and this has caused some roads to be congested.
Finally, We, the RA, strongly urges all fellow residents of Acacia Puteri 7 to ensure peace, harmony and respects among each other.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
13 October, 2012
Electrical surge incidents happened in Jalan Puteri 7/3 & 7/4 (6/10/12)
An electrical surge (high voltage surge) happened on 6 October 2012 (Saturday) around 11am at our Taman causing 100% of the houses (55 houses) located at Jalan Puteri 7/3 and 7/4 and incurred damages to their home appliances such as TVs, ASTRO decoder, autogates, water heaters, Computers, CCTVs, Alarm systems, air conditionings, fridges, UNIFI and etc. Our CCTV and Boom gates at the Guard house was also not spared.
Most of the affected residents have lodged a police report are now waiting for TNB personnel to inspect from house to house to compile the required damage details. TNB said that the surge was caused because someone had vandalised one of its distribution feeder pillar located at Jalan Puteri 7/4.
RA also noticed that the Distribution Feeder Pillar beside the Sub-station located at Jalan Puteri 7/5 are not properly maintained as the doors are not locked and the station itself very worn out and rusty. TNB worker has claimed that the fault lies in the Security Guards not performing their duty well thus resulting in the theft of the “copper bar” or buss bar” causing the electrical surge (high voltage surge). But we, the RA committee members of Puteri 7 had gone around and check on the distribution feeder pillar and noticed that another distribution feeder pillar located at Jalan Puteri 7/5 near playground also didn’t lock with padlock and it danger to anyone especially children who come close to it. It should be the responsibility of TNB to ensure the safety and maintain the sub-stations and distribution feeder pillar to avoid any unwanted incidents.

Tree Cutting & Trim by MPSJ
Further to the RA request to MPSJ Landscape Department to trim those overgrown trees with some menacing overhanging branches in the taman, their contractor had started work since the morning of 25th June 2012. It is with hope that residents can now park their cars, doing their morning walk or exercise and etc without fear of fallen tree branches. The RA and residents of Acacia Puteri 7 would like to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation to Pn. Azlina for her effort and follow-up.
